Anna here. In my last post I wrote about the importance of determination to lose weight. Before you even think of using any diet or food supplement, you must realize that unless you change yourself from the inside out, NOTHING is going to help you MAINTAIN your ideal figure. I know many people who tried it (including myself) and failed. They manage to lose weight, but as soon as they stop using diet and/or food supplement, they return to their previous weight much faster and even gain a few extra pounds.
Changing yourself is not that easy as you may think. The main reason is because our bad habits ingrained in our subconscious mind tend to fight for their own preservation. I already mentioned that your subconscious mind wishes you to stay fat and it is prepared to fight to keep your bad habits making you overweight. If you ever before tried to change some bad habits of yours, you may have noticed that it can be very hard to accomplish.
I will try to help you overcome this problem. Please DO NOT skip this step because it is the MOST important step in reaching your goal. Once you have made it, losing weight will almost come by itself. Trust me on this.

I think you’re right, determination is important… It is much easier to yield to your bad habits than to fight them, for example I like eating snacks while watching TV, sometimes very late at night but I know I have to change that in order to lose weight…
